2022 | No Work, All Play

“Returning child-like wonder and nostalgia into the ever-consuming life of adulthood.”

Created and finished during mid-late 2022, “All Work, No Play” was an installation project that served to elicit feelings of child-like wonder and nostalgia into adults.

Set to imitate a living room environment, the installation mimics that of a child’s imaginative blanket fort under the table. The installation was littered with interactive elements, and audiences were encouraged to take the time to explore their surroundings.

The ultimate end-goal was to reactivate curiosity and instinctual senses that may have been dormant since youth, encourage those who may have not had lived in a safe environment to heal their inner child, and encourage adults to take on a new scope to their corporate hardships.

For this project, I assisted in all of the production pipeline, both in animation and for the installation construction. I was also in charge of managing and scheduling.
